Teaching methods
The language of teaching and conversing during the ÁÔÆæÖØ¿ÚÔÚÏßÊÓƵ program is English. Thus, the development of intercultural and soft skills is already supported in everyday teaching.
At OHM Professional School you will not learn in overcrowded lectures halls, but in small learning groups with seminar character. This is also the basis for your intensive support by the lecturers and the personal dialog with other students. Group projects, individual and team presentations as well as the processing of case studies ensure practical knowledge and additionally promote the development of social skills (soft skills). In addition, block courses and workshops are pivotal components of the ÁÔÆæÖØ¿ÚÔÚÏßÊÓƵ program. Excursions abroad complete the program.
To guarantee that the ÁÔÆæÖØ¿ÚÔÚÏßÊÓƵ program has a strong practical focus, collaborating companies such as Adidas, Diehl, Schwan Stabilo and Siemens support the OHM Professional School. Lectures by renowned executives and excursions to regionally based companies are an integral part of the program.
Intensive practical relevance is also a core concept for the master’s thesis concluding the program.

What our graduates say
I chose the ÁÔÆæÖØ¿ÚÔÚÏßÊÓƵ because I followed my own drive to develop my skills further and develop my personality, become more confident, increasing responsibility. My goal was to have business knowledge not only in one business field.
The interactive sessions, the high practice relevance, the international participants and the international overall study possibilities convinced me about the OHM. For me, these are the major benefits of this educational program.
The lectures and studying are compatible with working full-time, but it depends. If you miss lectures, other students will help you out, but the exam preparation takes extensive time and sometimes is only doable by taking vacation time to study.
I would choose to study at the OHM Professional School again and I would recommend it to further students. I became more confident and increased my overall business knowledge in general management activities.

Doing an ÁÔÆæÖØ¿ÚÔÚÏßÊÓƵ had always been a personal dream for me to fulfil after I had accomplished several years of practical experience in India.
There are couple of unique aspects of the ÁÔÆæÖØ¿ÚÔÚÏßÊÓƵ program at OHM Professional School - it not only caters to non-business background students but also gives you a choice to customize your program by either selecting the fast-track or the part-time track. The foundation program is integrated in the main ÁÔÆæÖØ¿ÚÔÚÏßÊÓƵ program itself which strengthens the base one requires for the business-related courses in future semesters. The ÁÔÆæÖØ¿ÚÔÚÏßÊÓƵ program does provide overall management knowledge and also the strategic and operative aspects of business and management.
ÁÔÆæÖØ¿ÚÔÚÏßÊÓƵ programs are all about bringing out the leader in you and this program provides you with several opportunities in taking initiatives through group activities, team building exercises, workshops and specialised leadership related courses throughout your ÁÔÆæÖØ¿ÚÔÚÏßÊÓƵ.
